What is reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works on reflex points located on the feet, hands, face, and ears which correspond to glands, organs and systems within the body.
By applying pressure to these areas, reflexology engages the nervous system and communicates with the brain, supporting the body's ability to regulate and restore itself.
Reflexology may also support circulation and lymphatic flow - processes involved in nutrient delivery and the body's natural waste elimination.
Sessions are designed to promote deep relaxation and support overall wellbeing.

About me
I’m Sarah, a qualified reflexologist offering treatments for women and children in a quiet, supportive space. My focus is simple - to help you feel better from the inside out.

I was first introduced to reflexology over 30 years ago and was drawn to the way it supports deep relaxation and gives the nervous system space to settle.

In a world that often asks too much, many of the people I see are navigating stress, anxiety, pain, or hormonal changes. Over time these conditions can quietly take a toll.

When the body is given space to relax, it has an opportunity to regulate and restore itself. My role is to support that process through gentle, evidence informed reflexology tailored to your individual needs.
This work can be especially meaningful during times of illness, when comfort and feeling at ease matter most.

It's a privilege to share this therapy. My aim is that you leave feeling more settled, supported, and a little lighter than when you arrived.
